Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by performing data entry tasks, managing and facilitating the flow of data between sales and accounting, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within a sales or accounting environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sales and accounting principles is a plus.

Qualifications :

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to sales operations.
  • Facilitate the transfer of data from sales to accounting for billing purposes.
  • Ensure all sales orders and billing information are processed and recorded accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales records and databases.
  • Communicate with sales and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Adhere to documented processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Generate and distribute regular sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
