Job Description:

Outreach to client via various channels of communication – Email campaigns, CRM campaigns, cold calling , networking etc.
Expertise in using Sales Navigator and CRM software to optimize lead generation and client management processes.
Proficient in preparing reports to provide insights on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for managing client relationships and sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Good exposure to MS Excel and social media.
  • Create marketing collaterals and expand brand visibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator to identify and target potential clients through advanced search and filtering capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain detailed records of client information.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts in CRM systems.
  • Understanding the business environment and the constantly changing dynamics.
