Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Stenographer position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Graduation degree from a recognized University.
- Having a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography & the test will be conducted on computer software.
- Typing test in English with typing speed of 40 W.P.M. on computer (Software).
- Typing test in Hindi using ‘Kruti Dev-10’ font with typing speed of 30 W.P.M. on computer.
- Provided that only 10% of the mistakes in transcribing the dictated matter and typed matter in typing test shall be allowed. In other words, the candidates committing more than 10% mistakes in transcribing the dictated matter and the typed matter in typing test shall be declared as unqualified.
- Candidates shall have to qualify for the Stenography Test (Hindi) during their probation period after the appointment.
Age Limit
- The age limit for candidates is between 18 and 45 years old.
Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Written Test.
- Skill Test.
- Document Verification.
- Medical Examination.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in accordance with government regulations.
- Pay Level 06, i.e., Rs. 25,600- 81,200/- of the pay Matrix.
