Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Junior Secretarial Assistant (JSA) & Junior Stenographer (JS) position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen/ F&A/ S&P): 12th Pass and English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. Or Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. 35 w.p.m. / 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH (Key Depressions per Hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
- Junior Stenographer: 12th Pass and The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as opted by the candidates in the Application Form) at the speed of 80 w.p.m. and as per DoPT norms for the post of Junior Stenographer.
Age Limit
- The age limit for candidates is between 18 and 28 years old.
Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Written Test.
- Typing test/ Proficiency Test.
- Document Verification.
- Medical Examination.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in accordance with government regulations.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen/ F&A/ S&P): Pay Level -2 [Rs.19900-63200]. As per 7th CPC Total emoluments approximate Rs. 36,493/- in Nagpur.
- Junior Stenographer: Pay Level -4 [Rs.25500-81100]. As per 7th CPC Total emoluments approximate Rs. 49,623/- in Nagpur.
