Role and Responsibility :

• Provide support to Business requestors to complete the end-to-end PO request
• Provide customized support to assist with deadlines and drive reduction of completion times
• Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions(PR) and Purchase Orders(PO) in SAP/SAP Ariba
• Monitoring team Mailbox to provide timely response
• Timely follow up and support for request throughout the process
• Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about PR/PO requests status, changes.
• Identify automation/ improvement opportunities and work at innovating the process

Education and Skills :

•    Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
•   0-2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
•    Exposure to SAP, Ariba and Coupa would be ideal.
•    Proficient in Excel
