Job Responsibilities:

• Authoring of new exam content (data entry of assessment tasks) for selected exam components into Client approved item bank in an accurate and timely manner using the content/data provided by the client, which includes inputting question content, answer sheet and task attributes data. In addition, some tasks have a tape script which needs to be added and some tasks have artwork/images which need to be inserted.
• Make amendments to the newly authored exam content post review by the client.
• Follow the working instructions and training guidance provided by the client at all times.
• Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delay in submission of the work.
• Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
• Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Degree from any Stream
• Committed to quality, including security and performance
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred skill:

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills (CEFR C1 level for Reading and Writing)
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS word is a must
• Ability to focus on important and repetitive tasks
• Good hand eye coordination
• Detail oriented and thorough
• Good decision making and time management skills
• Happy to work alone and in teams
• Flexible and calm can adjust to changing circumstances
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new techniques and work practices
