Qualifications we seek in you:
- Any fresher graduate or Post Graduate candidates or experienced from any international BPO/ITES background can apply
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Flexible for rotational shift, having known that your client base is from America thus you should be comfortable doing rotational shift
- Immediate joining would be an added advantage

Job Duties (Summary):
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem
- Perform a series of actions via Voice process, until they’ve solved a technical issue
