Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency- Assist in streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and follow best practices for HR operations.
  • Systems and Technology Management- Oversee HR systems and technology, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support and Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Performance Management- Support the performance management process, performance reviews, including goal setting, and reports. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of performance-related activities.
  • Training Coordination and Change Management- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions. Coordinate training activities and provide support whenever needed.
  • Policies and Documentation- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
