Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- CBT-1 (Computer-Based Test)
- CBT-2 (Computer-Based Test)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Applicable only for MTS positions
- Document Verification / Medical Examination
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary, as per government regulations.
- Junior Manager (Finance): Scale Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Executive (Civil): Scale Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 (E0 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Executive (Electrical): Scale Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 (E0 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Executive (Signal & Communication): Scale Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 (E0 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Scale Rs. 16,000-45,000 (N-1 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
