Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within a remote capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultures
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using customer support software and tools, including ticketing systems, live chat, and email communications tools

Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming customer requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clients through the use of our platform
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of customer inquiries and their resolutions
  • Communicate with clients throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through to continued platform use, to improve retention and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients, promoting brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to improve client experience on the platform
  • Create and maintain client-facing documentation and educational resources, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant
  • Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives in the customer support function
