Job Description :

This role is responsible for the configuration and support product design using the Siemens suite of applications.  The analyst will work with business facing IT teams to determine optimal design and methods to meet the business needs.

Roles and Responsibility: 

  • Perform technical configuration within the application to support new business requirements
  • Provide level 2 and 3 operational application support including user administration, issue analysis and resolution
  • Ability to translate business need to system requirements & functionality
  • Provide solutions that meet platform and IT compliance standards
  • Document and test application configurations to verify requirements are met

Education and Skills :

  • 0-3 years’ experience
  • Experience configuring or supporting the Siemens Team Center or Polarion applications preferred
  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Experience with validation of GxP applications preferred
  • Experience in regulated industry (Medical devices) preferred
