Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Agniveer (SSR) 02/2025, 01/2026 and 02/2026 batch: Qualified in 10+2 with Mathematics & Physics from Boards of School Education recognized by Ministry of Education, Govt of India, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR Passed Three years diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobiles/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate. OR Passed Two years Vocational Course with Non-vocational subject viz, Physics and Mathe- matics from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate.
- Agniveer (MR) 02/2025, 01/2026 and 02/2026 batch: Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from the Boards of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
Age Limit
Agniveer (SSR) 02/2025, 01/2026 and 02/2026 batch:
- (a) Agniveer 02/2025 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Sep 2004–29 Feb 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
- (b) Agniveer 01/2026 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Feb 2005–31 Jul 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
- (c) Agniveer 02/2026 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Jul 2005–31 Dec 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Stage I – Shortlisting (Indian Navy Entrance Test – INET)
- Stage II – ‘PFT, Written Examination and Recruitment Medical Examination’.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in accordance with government regulations.
