Reconciliation of company credit card.
Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring they are VAT compliant, adhering to each customers policy.

- Preparing and validating payment data
- Allocate adjustments
- Hotel statement reconciliation
- Obtaining supplier band details as necessary
- Daily processing reconciliation
- Invoice query logging and resolution

- Allocating credit card transactions
- Any ad-hoc tasks allocated by management
