Job Description:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience by providing clear and timely communication and support.
Develop and maintain product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the integration of our products/services into their existing systems and infrastructure.
Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment between technical solutions and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years in a technical role, ideally customer-facing or in solution engineering.
- Proven problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
