Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or other
- 1+ years of professional experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency with computers and an ability to learn fundamental workings of content management systems and web applications. Daily assignments include extensive use of Microsoft Word, Excel, CVUe and SRM and email
- Strong attention to detail Ability to follow processes, work effectively on a team, and maintain a positive attitude
- Technical ability to use a database management system
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work evening and weekend shift preferred
Responsibilities:
- Enter student enrollment data in C2k/CampusVue.
- Process and quality control student files, which includes verification of receipt of all required enrollment-related documents. Validate that the information in SRM and CVUe are complete and accurate.
- Actively engage in and contribute to a culture of constant process improvement
- Contribute daily to a collaborative, positive, and supportive work environment.
- Shift timing may vary between 8 pm to 7 am IST
- Weekly off’s are dependent on the shift requirements and therefore cannot be continuously not fixed to Saturdays and Sunday
- 30-day notification period preferred
